Natural history of Fulvous Owl (Strix fulvescens)

Fulvous Owl Strix fulvescens

Fulvous Owl is endemic to the highlands of northern Central America and southern Mexico. In Guatemala, it is the most obvious owl in humid forests above 2000 m. We compiled data on the distribution in Guatemala and documented the first breeding records for the country.
